On behalf of VIETLA, I am deeply honored to receive this proclamation recognizing Tet / Lunar New Year. VIETLA would like to thank the City of Santa Ana, the City Council, Mayor and Councilmembers, and especially Councilmember Thai Viet Phan, our first Vietnamese American Councilmember ever, for your continued support of the Asian American Pacific Islander community. As we aim to promote Vietnamese culture and provide greater access to language services for those with limited English proficiency, VIETLA will try our best to proudly serve and represent the Santa Ana residents in general and our Vietnamese community in particular.
